All orders are processed through Gelato, my trusted print-on-demand partner.

Processing usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by Gelato and their courier partners.

I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond my control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos, and I will arrange a replacement or refund in line with my Returns Policy.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
