Thank you for purchasing from me, Raquel Sundberg. Each piece of art is made-to-order through my trusted print partner, Gelato, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how issues are handled.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made, I can only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

The item is incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, or print).
I cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size, colour, or product chosen by the customer.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

I will work with Gelato to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Resolutions
Depending on the issue, you may be offered:

A replacement item (at no extra cost).

A refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that the timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Returns Shipping

In most cases, physical returns are not required since items are made-to-order.

If a return is necessary, I will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
